About Jodie }
“Growing
up with a keen amateur photographer for a father meant
that photography
has
always played a huge part in my life. I spent my early
years living in the South of France and later New York
and this afforded plenty of image-making opportunities
which helped build a love and appreciation of the art
form.
From covering weddings and portraits
to capturing pictures on Polaroid, my desire to achieve
truth and passion in every photograph remains strong and
integral to my work.
Chosen from
over 200 photographers to be the winner of Photo Pro
magazine’s “Photo
Protege” competition, I have received training and
advice from leading wedding & portrait photographer,
Annabel Williams. I am also a regular contributor to the
magazine.
As well as taking photographs constantly,
my passions include black and white movies, Bob Dylan,
travelling, my husband and my cat Annie Hall.
Although based
in the South-East of England, I am able to take on commissions
nationwide.” |
